Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv45 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh45 ml
- Orange Liqueur5 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
- twist Orange peel2
- twist Lemon peel1
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, orange liqueur, and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with twist orange peel and twist lemon peel
