- Gin60 ml
- Cherry brandy22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice45 ml
- Top up with Ginger beer
Method
- Add gin and fresh orange juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with ginger beer
- Garnish with cherry brandy
