Ingredients
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Powdered sugar2 barspoon
- Scotch whisky60 ml
- Orange Curaçao7.5 ml
- Egg White15 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Dry-shake fresh lemon juice, powdered sugar, scotch whisky, orange curaçao, and egg white in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
