Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Mastiha liqueur30 ml
- Peated malt whisky5 ml
- Birch water30 ml
- Liquorice bitters8 drop
Method
- Add scotch whisky, mastiha liqueur, peated malt whisky, birch water, and liquorice bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
