Ingredients
- Absinthe22.5 ml
- Goldwasser liqueur22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup22.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Top up with Ginger beer
Method
- Add absinthe, goldwasser liqueur, orgeat syrup, and fresh lime juice to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with top up with ginger beer
