Ingredients
- Orange-red aperitivo30 ml
- Gin15 ml
- Sauvignon Blanc wine75 ml
- Grapefruit Juice45 ml
- Grapefruit bitters6 drop
- Sparkling Water45 ml
Method
- Add orange-red aperitivo, gin, sauvignon blanc wine, grapefruit juice, and grapefruit bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled wine glass
- Top with sparkling water
