Ingredients
- Gin50 ml
- Chinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)22.5 ml
- Creole bitters3 dash
Method
- Add gin, chinato (barolo/barbera/grignolino), and creole bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
