Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv40 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)25 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
- Pimento bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, amaro (e.g. montenegro), honey and water syrup, pimento bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
