Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh15 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Braulio)15 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, amaro (e.g. braulio), and red bitter liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
