Ingredients
- Gentian liqueur40 ml
- Gin20 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Élixir Végétal4 drop
Method
- Dry-shake gentian liqueur, gin, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, egg white (pasteurised), and élixir végétal in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
