Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Brown/dark cacao liqueur10 ml
- Whipping cream15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, white crème de cacao, brown/dark cacao liqueur, whipping cream, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
