Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Fino sherry45 ml
- Cognac (brandy)7.5 ml
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add gin, fino sherry, cognac (brandy), orange bitters, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
