Ingredients
- Gin40 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)15 ml
- Amontillado sherry10 ml
- Apricot liqueur10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Orgeat syrup5 ml
Method
- Add gin, amaro (e.g. montenegro), amontillado sherry, apricot liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and orgeat syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
