Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth22.5 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh22.5 ml
- Maraschino Liqueur2.5 ml
- Mandarin liqueur2.5 ml
Method
- Add gin, rosso/sweet vermouth, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, maraschino liqueur, and mandarin liqueur to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
