Ingredients
- Strega liqueur50 ml
- Americano bianco25 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Aromatic bitters3 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake strega liqueur, americano bianco, fresh lemon juice, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
