Ingredients
- Overproof gin50 ml
- Fino sherry15 ml
- Pineapple Juice15 ml
- Masala chai (cold)15 ml
- Honey and water syrup15 ml
Method
- Add overproof gin, fino sherry, pineapple juice, masala chai (cold), and honey and water syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
