Ingredients
- Gin22.5 ml
- Absinthe22.5 ml
- Orgeat syrup22.5 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:14 drop
Method
- Dry-shake gin, absinthe, orgeat syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
