Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro22.5 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth15 ml
- Saline solution 4:12 drop
Method
- Add gin, cynar/carciofo amaro, bianco/blanco vermouth, and saline solution 4:1 to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
