Ingredients
- Absinthe30 ml
- Black raspberry liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Creole bitters1 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake absinthe, black raspberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, creole bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
