Ingredients
- Pot still whiskey45 ml
- Pommeau du Normandie15 ml
- Apricot liqueur2.5 ml
- Verjuice15 ml
- Passion fruit syrup2.5 ml
- Aromatic bitters2 dash
Method
- Add pot still whiskey, pommeau du normandie, apricot liqueur, verjuice, passion fruit syrup, and aromatic bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
