Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves7
- Absinthe15 ml
- Citrus vodka30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Top up with Lemon-lime soda
- Splash Soda water
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add absinthe, citrus vodka, rich simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and top up with lemon-lime soda
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Strain into collins glass
- Top with splash soda water
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
