Ingredients
- Gin30 ml
- Orange Liqueur30 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice15 ml
- Top up with Brut sparkling wine
- Orange Bitters1 dash
Method
- Add gin, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, and orange bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with top up with brut sparkling wine
