Ingredients
- Honey1 barspoon
- Citrus vodka30 ml
- Bénédictine D.O.M.15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake honey, citrus vodka, bénédictine d.o.m., fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
