- Fresh Lemon Juice30 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup12.5 ml
- Sparkling Water60 ml
Method
- Add coffee liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
