Ingredients
- fresh Raspberries7
- fresh Mint leaves3
- Gin60 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Grenadine syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add fresh raspberries, gin, fresh lemon juice, grenadine syrup, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
