Ingredients
- fresh Mint leaves5
- Gin45 ml
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Grenadine syrup15 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice10 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Muddle in shaker
- Add gin, dry vermouth, grenadine syrup, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised)
- Fill with ice and shake hard
- Double strain into coupe glass
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves
