Ingredients
- Gin45 ml
- 1⁄2 barspoon Raspberry jam1
- Dry Vermouth15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake gin, 1⁄2 barspoon raspberry jam, dry vermouth, fresh lemon juice, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
