- Gin2 oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice0.5 oz
- Raspberry Syrup0.5 oz

Method
- Dry shake gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe
- Garnish with three raspberries on a pick
