Ingredients
- Scotch whisky45 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Rosolio Bergamotto10 ml
- Honey and water syrup5 ml
Method
- Add scotch whisky, gentian liqueur, rosolio bergamotto, and honey and water syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
