Ingredients
- Vodka30 ml
- Red bitter liqueur15 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth15 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Raspberry syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, red bitter liqueur, bianco/blanco vermouth, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
