Ingredients
- Alcohol-free amaro45 ml
- Cold Lapsang Souchong30 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Cinnamon syrup15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake alcohol-free amaro, cold lapsang souchong, fresh lemon juice, cinnamon syrup, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
