Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Cherry brandy25 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Aromatic bitters1 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, fresh lemon juice, rich simple syrup, aromatic bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
