Ingredients
- Vanilla vodka30 ml
- Cherry brandy15 ml
- White crème de cacao15 ml
- Whipping cream30 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)10 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vanilla vodka, white crème de cacao, whipping cream, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cherry brandy
