Ingredients
- swath Lemon peel1
- Old Tom Gin60 ml
- Rosso/sweet vermouth30 ml
Method
- Add old tom gin and rosso/sweet vermouth to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with swath lemon peel
