Ingredients
- Celery gin45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Pineapple Juice10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Celery bitters2.5 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake celery gin, fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice, rich simple syrup, celery bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
