Ingredients
- inch Celery stick6
- pinch Celery salt1
- Gin45 ml
- Chartreuse Green7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice22.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
- White wine vinegar5 ml
- Celery bitters2 dash
Method
- Add gin, chartreuse green, fresh lime juice, rich simple syrup, white wine vinegar, and celery bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
