- Celery gin45 ml
- Celery juice30 ml
- Chartreuse Green7.5 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice10 ml
- Lime cordial5 ml
- White wine vinegar5 ml
- Celery bitters2 dash
Method
- Add celery gin, celery juice, chartreuse green, fresh lime juice, lime cordial, white wine vinegar, and celery bitters to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
