Ingredients
- New make spirit45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice20 ml
- Apricot liqueur10 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Egg White20 ml
- Orange Bitters1 dash
- Sparkling Water45 ml
Method
- Dry-shake new make spirit, fresh lemon juice, apricot liqueur, rich simple syrup, egg white, and orange bitters in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled rocks glass
- Top with sparkling water
