Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv30 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Lucano)30 ml
- Gin15 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh15 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, amaro (e.g. lucano), gin, and red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
