Ingredients
- 1⁄2 fresh Lime (fresh)
- 1⁄4 fresh Ruby red grapefruit
- Red bitter liqueur60 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup15 ml
Method
- Add 1⁄2 fresh lime (fresh), 1⁄4 fresh ruby red grapefruit, red bitter liqueur, and rich simple syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
