Ingredients
- Scotch whisky30 ml
- Irish whiskey30 ml
- Orgeat syrup10 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice15 ml
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
- Saline solution 4:13 drop
Method
- Dry-shake scotch whisky, irish whiskey, orgeat syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white (pasteurised), and saline solution 4:1 in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
