Caesar
Modern · Vodka · Highball
Canada's national cocktail, invented in 1969 by Walter Chell at the Calgary Inn to celebrate the opening of Marco's Italian restaurant. Chell added clam broth to a Bloody Mary; the result — now consumed by the hundreds of millions annually — is unmistakably Canadian.
