Ingredients
- fresh Basil leaves6
- Gin45 ml
- Passion fruit syrup15 ml
- Lemongrass cordial15 ml
- Pineapple Juice60 ml
- Top up with Tonic water
Method
- Muddle in rocks glass
- Add gin, passion fruit syrup, lemongrass cordial, and pineapple juice
- Fill with ice and stir
- Top with top up with tonic water
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves
