- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh45 ml
- Old Tom Gin45 ml
Method
- Add red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh and old tom gin to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
