Ingredients
- Canadian whisky40 ml
- Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh40 ml
- Aromatized wine40 ml
- Peach bitters1 dash
Method
- Add canadian whisky, red quinquina e.g. dubonnet, byrrh, aromatized wine, and peach bitters to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
