Ingredients
- Rye whiskey 50% abv45 ml
- Cynar/carciofo amaro15 ml
- Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)15 ml
- Honey and water syrup10 ml
Method
- Add rye whiskey 50% abv, cynar/carciofo amaro, amaro (e.g. montenegro), and honey and water syrup to mixing glass with ice
- Stir until well chilled
- Strain into chilled rocks glass
