- Bourbon whiskey50 ml
- Fresh Lime Juice12.5 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- Ginger beer75 ml
Method
- Add bourbon whiskey, fresh lime juice, and rich simple syrup to shaker with ice
- Shake hard
- Strain into chilled collins glass
- Top with ginger beer
