- Verdelho madeira45 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup7.5 ml
- fresh Egg (white and yolk)1
Method
- Dry-shake rye whiskey 50% abv, verdelho madeira, rich simple syrup, and fresh egg (white and yolk) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
