Ingredients
- Bourbon whiskey45 ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice22.5 ml
- Fresh Orange Juice22.5 ml
- ml15
- Orange Bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)15 ml
Method
- Dry-shake bourbon whiskey, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, ml, orange bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
