Ingredients
- Vodka45 ml
- Gentian liqueur15 ml
- Bianco/blanco vermouth15 ml
- Rich Simple Syrup10 ml
- Grapefruit Juice7.5 ml
- Creole bitters2 dash
- Egg white (pasteurised)7.5 ml
Method
- Dry-shake vodka, gentian liqueur, bianco/blanco vermouth, rich simple syrup, grapefruit juice, creole bitters, and egg white (pasteurised) in shaker (no ice)
- Add ice and shake hard again
- Double strain into chilled coupe glass
